No cancellation fee is payable for open seminars up to four weeks before the start of the seminar. In the event of cancellation within four weeks before the start of the seminar, 50% of the participation fee will be charged, from one week before the start of the seminar 100%. Cancellations must be made in writing without exception. Substitute participants can be named at any time. In the case of in-house seminars and projects, 40% will be charged in the event of cancellation without replacement from four weeks before the start of a seminar or project. In the event of postponement to another date, a 10% handling fee will be charged
